AP Moller's investment plans Knud E Stubkjaer, c.e.o. of Maersk Sealand and chairman of Safmarine, is not alone in believing that privatisation of portside facilities has taken rather longer than anticipated. In conversation with this correspondent he said: "We look forward to S.A.T.I. making further investments and had privatisation gone faster we would probably have been able to invest a little faster. We now have to follow the pace that has been set.Ó
