On 20 November the South African Revenue Service (Sars) informed of the substitution of tariff subheadings 3901.10 (Polyethylene having a specific gravity of less than 0.94); 3901.20 (Polyethylene having a specific gravity of 0.94 or more); 3903.19 (Other); 3903.30 (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) copolymers); 3904.21 (Non-plasticised); and 3904.22 (Plasticised) which were omitted from the tariff amendments of 17 November 2017.
