In notices dated 24 May 2012 Sars announced the “External Escalation Procedure – Oshoek”, and “External Escalation Procedure – Lebombo”. In the notice the contact details of Sars officials are provided in the instance of possible escalations. The escalations are however only valid until July 2012.
