On 19 January 2024, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) informed of the retrospective amendment, to 01 January 2022, through the insertion in Part 1 of Schedule No.1 (Ordinary Customs Duty) to the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, of tariff subheading 2009.89.55 (Nut juices) and 2009.90.15 (Nut juices).
