The President announced that, under the International Trade Administration Act, 2002, the following new ITAC Commissioners had been appointed as part-time Members of ITAC for a period of five years, effective from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2031.
The newly appointed ITAC Commissioners are:
- Mr Mpho Legote
- Ms Philippa Sue Rodseth
- Mr Siyabulela Thomas Tsengiwe
- Ms Ncumisa Mcata-Mhlauli
The appointment of the new ITAC Commissioners is recognition of their experience and expertise in areas that will continue to strengthen ITAC’s work.
In its message, ITAC wished all the appointed ITAC Commissioners well in carrying out their duties and tasks as outlined in the ITA Act.
