The Department of Transport, in terms of the National Ports Act, on 29 June published an invitation for proposals for its review of the 2002 National Commercial Ports Policy and Act.
Proposals, which are due by 31 August 2018, must contain the following information (i) Section or area to be reviewed; (ii) The actual review text; (iii) Motivation for the proposed review; and (d) Desired impact of the proposed review.
