THE MOZAMBIQUE transport sector management ability in relation to SADC requirements, with special reference to traffic to and from harbours, is to be evaluated by a special mission of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
This will help identify a capacity building project, which will run for a period of five years with a fund of approximately $10 million (Canadian), says CIDA office in Harare.
