Moz plans tobacco exports to Egypt

MOZAMBIQUE COULD export tobacco to Egypt, which is regarded as one of the world’s biggest tobacco markets, according to Agriculture Minister Tomas Manjate. Manjate was speaking at a meeting with growers in the northern province of Nampula. The minister said he would travel to Cairo soon for a number of agreements with the Egyptian authorities, according to Maputo’s CPI Investor’s Intelligence Newsletter.
