On 17 June 2011 Sars announced the deletion of the anti-dumping duties on lysine originating in or imported from the United States of America (USA). The Dumping Items in question are: (i) 206.02/2922.41/01.06 – Lysine imported from Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) originating in or imported from the USA – Rate of Duty - 33.5%; and (ii) 206.02/2922.41/02.06 – Lysine (excluding that imported from ADM) originating in or imported from the USA – Rate of Duty – 48%.
