On 11 May, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) called for comment on its proposed amendment to the Rules to the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 by amending the prescribed official hours of attendance and hours of business at Kosi Bay which were erroneously indicated as 07:00 - 17:00. Comment is due by 25 May.
