On 11 October 2024, the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) advised of a correction to the "Guidelines for the Imposition of an Agricultural Safeguard Measure, Provided for in Article 35 of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the European Union (EU) and its Member States, of the One Part, and the Southern African Development Community (SADC) EPA States, of the Other (EU-SADC EPA) – Erratum”.
The correction relates to a Government Gazette notice published on 02 August 2024, relating to Line 16 of Annex IV of the Agricultural Safeguard Guidelines, which should read:
