International Survey on Customs Administration’s Report

On 04 November 2021, the World Customs Organization (WCO) announced the release of a report on the inaugural round of the International Survey on Customs Administration (ISOCA), which is now available on its website.

The data collected in this survey is based on the combined efforts of 51 Customs administrations around the world, who provided information by completing an online questionnaire.

The survey was developed and is managed jointly by the WCO and the Fiscal Affairs Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

The report includes illustrative analysis, using aggregates for groups of Customs administrations, pertaining to the performance, profiles, practices and structural foundations of Customs administrations.
