Section XII refers to “Footwear, Headgear, Umbrellas, Sun Umbrellas, Walking-sticks, Seat-sticks, Whips, Riding-crops and Parts thereof; Prepared Feathers and Articles Made therewith; Artificial Flowers; Articles of Human Hair”. Section XII consists of four tariff chapters. Tariff Chapter 64 – Footwear, gaiters and the like; parts of such articles; Tariff Chapter 65 – Headgear and parts thereof; Tariff Chapter 66 – Umbrellas, sun umbrellas, walking-sticks, seat-sticks, whips, riding-crops and parts thereof; and Tariff Chapter 67 – Prepared feathers and down articles made of feathers of down; artificial flowers; articles of human hair. The first section deals with tariff subheadings to be deleted. Tariff subheadings 6406.91, 6406.99, 6505.10, and 6505.90 are affected. The second section deals with tariff subheadings to be created (new). Tariff subheadings 6406.90, and 6505.00 are affected. The third section deals with tariff subheadings whose scope will be modified. No tariff subheading is affected.
