In this article we will focus on the tariff amendments to Section XIX i.e. “Arms and Ammunition; Parts and Accessories thereof”. Section XIX consists of one tariff chapter, namely Tariff Chapter 93 – Arms and ammunition; parts and accessories thereof. The first section deals with tariff subheadings to be deleted. Tariff subheadings 9301.11, 9301.19, 9305.21, and 9305.29 are affected. The second section deals with tariff subheadings to be created (new). Tariff subheadings 9301.10, and 9305.20 are affected. The third section deals with tariff subheadings whose scope will be modified. No tariff subheading is affected.
