On 03 February 2023, the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) announced the release of its 9-page “Guidelines, Rules and Conditions: Titanium Dioxide Imported for Use in Manufacture of Paints, Varnishes and Prepared Driers for 30 months from the Date of Implementation”.
