SECURITY MANAGER posts were advertised nationally for all ports toward the end of last year eliciting what Govan describes as a "not bad" response. Interviews are being conducted by a panel headed by NPA national security manager Geoff Engel. Only one appointment, that of Graham Kingsley-Wilkins, a serving member of the East London security component, has been confirmed.
