The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) has invited applications from exporters of fresh fruit to participate in the Fruit Logistica Asia 2018 exhibition, scheduled to take place from 05 to 07 September in Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China. The deadline date for applications is 05 April.
The dti will provide the following financial support to qualifying firms: (i) Exhibition space and booth rental costs; (ii) Freight forwarding of display material; (iii) Air travel assistance (SMMEs and BOE’s only) up to R17 000.00; (iv) Daily subsistence allowance (SMMEs and BOEs only) R3 000 per day.
