Publish Date:
18 Jul 2022

On 15 July the South African Revenue Service (SARS) announced the imposition of provisional payment in relation to anti-dumping duties against the alleged dumping of frozen potato chips, classifiable in tariff subheadings 2004.10.21 and 2004.10.29, originating in or imported from Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands until 14 January 2023.

The reasoning is contained in the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) Report No.696.
