On 16 December 2016 Sars announced the imposition of a provisional safeguard measure, up to and including 03 July 2017, of 14.9% on frozen bone-in portions of fowls of the species Gallus Domestics, classifiable in tariff subheading 0207.14, originating in or imported from the European Union (EU).
