FNB achieves ISO accreditation

FNB CORPORATE Trade Services has been awarded ISO 9001 accreditation, a worldwide standard designed to help both product- and service-oriented organisations achieve internationally recognised and respected quality standards. It’s the first southern African trade services bank unit to have achieved the accreditation, according to division director Bobby Madhav, and means that Trade Services complies with set standards and controls across all aspects of the business. To maintain the accreditation ISO auditing must be undertaken on a regular basis.
