In revealing Grincor's new corporate identity Ivan Clark announced that the group would now be made up of three divisions. The Freight Management section will consist of Grindrod Ships Agencies (Mitchell Cotts Maritime, King & Sons and Eyethu Ships Agencies), as well as Ršhlig Grindrod, P&O Grindrod Logistics and Grindrod Container Services. Shipping Services consists of Unicorn Shipping, Unicorn Lines, Island View Shipping, and Quadrant.
The third sector is that of Financial Services, consisting of a 50% investment in Marriott Financial Services Group.
