On 28 August the World Trade Organization (WTO) announced that the European Union (EU) had notified the Dispute Settlement Body of its decision to appeal the panel report in the case brought by the Russian Federation in “European Union - Cost Adjustment Methodologies and Certain Anti-Dumping Measures on Imports from Russia - (Second complaint)” (DS494)”.
