HONG KONG has, for the tenth consecutive year, been ranked tops in economic freedom by the US Heritage Foundation and the Wall Street Journal.
South Africa has been placed at number 53 while Zimbabwe is almost at the bottom at number 153, according to News 24.
Libya and North Korea took the bottom spot at numbers 154 and 155 respectively.
Hong Kong’s low regulations and low taxes have earned it top ranking.
