The South African Revenue Service (Sars) has published the following draft legislation, which gives effect to the following: • Draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill, 2011 (p183); • Draft Taxation Laws Second Amendment Bill, 2011 (p7); and • Explanatory Memorandum on the Draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill, 2011. Comment is due by 05 July 2011.
