Diplomatic Fuel Refunds Documents - Updated

On 0​3 December the South African Revenue Service (SARS) announced that the Diplomatic Fuel Refunds documents had been updated with provision for the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA).

The documents that have updated, effective from 26 November 2020, are:

  • Excise External Policy Diplomatic and Other Foreign Representatives Fuel Refunds; And
  • Excise External Completion Manual DA 90 Diplomatic and Other Foreign Representatives Fuel Refunds.
