On 13 December 2019, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) published a Correction Notice to the Rules to the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 amending the Government Gazette notice of 29 November 2019 to correct the notice by the deletion of the word “draft” where it appears in the heading “Draft Amendment of Rules (DAR 189)”.
