An extensive investigation has been initiated by the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) into the creation of Rebate Items for parts for computer monitors (completely knocked down, and semi-knocked down), and the creation of a new tariff subheading for display panels. Comments are due by 07 October 2011.
