China Harbour Engineering has sealed a deal with Venezuela to build a box terminal.
State-owned Bolivarian Ports has signed the agreement for a US$500-million facility at Puerto Cabello on the north coast about 75-kilometres west of Caracas – and home to the largest port in the country.
