CAPESPAN has shorlisted several candidates as possible successors to outging managing director John Stanbury, but an announcement in this regard is not expected until the end of this month (January).
In the interim, Dr Paul ClŸver has taken over as acting managing director of Capespan Group Holdings Ltd and Capespan (Pty) Ltd. He remains chairman of the Capespan Group Holdings Ltd board of directors.
Capespan has a strong and experienced management team and I will also have the support of Peter Misselbrook in his role as deputy managing director, says Dr Cluver.
Fred Meintjes, Capespan's group manager for corporate affairs, would not be drawn on the shortlisted candidates apart from telling FTW: We are determined to spend the time to find the right candidate.
