Brazil’s Trade and Investment Promotion Agency, Apex-Brasil, is leading a trade mission to South Africa this month. The agency is bringing a delegation of 28 exporters from Brazil’s Food & Beverage; Home and Construction; and Machinery, Electrical & Equipment sectors.
“South Africa continues to be a key trading partner for Brazil in Africa, and we value this opportunity to strengthen the trade relationships between our two countries and to explore new avenues of opportunity for Brazilian exporters to add value to local businesses,” said Mauricio Borges President of Apex-Brasil.
The agency is also keen to expand its Africa exports to Angola, Mozambique, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria and Egypt.
Brazil is currently the second largest emerging market in the world, after China.
