Borchards appointment confirmed

RAY SMUTS IT’S OFFICIAL. Oscar Borchards is the new business unit manager at the Cape Town container terminal. Nad Govender, who heads SA Port Operations in Cape Town and Saldanha, confirmed the appointment, effective since April 1.
