Sars has extended an invitation to all interested parties to comment on draft legislation for Automotive Production and Development Programme (APDP), which is due by 07 December 2012. The draft legislation relates to (i) Rebate Item 317.03, (ii) Rebate Item 317.06, (iii) Rebate Item 460.17, (iv) Rebate Item 536.00, (vi) Rebate Items 537.00 and 538.00, (vii) APDP Quarterly Accounts, and (viii) APDP Info.
