Acsa executive resigns

AIRPORTS COMPANY of SA (Acsa) group executive for corporate governance and procurement, Vernon Naidoo, has resigned his post following allegations that he had used company resources to run a private transport business in Durban. A weekend newspaper claimed that Naidoo was likely to face 15 charges of misconduct for his alleged breach of company principles and for failure to disclose his directorship of other companies. Acsa officials have confirmed his resignation but declined to elaborate.
