Duties:
- Responsible for budgets and the branches P&L.
- Staff management.
- Ensure operational procedures are established and adhered to.
- Organise, drive and lead sales developments with the sales team.
- Recruit, train and develop quality employees.
- Review procedures and productivity standards regularly.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- Minimum 5 years management experience within clearing and forwarding.
- Minimum 10 years experience in clearing and forwarding.
