Global shipping organisation seeks a talented and motivated Customer Care Coordinator responsible for frontline responses to clients. Minimum 3 year’s of relevant industry experience with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Processing customer documentation and invoicing, responding to service queries, and resolving issues through various channels ensuring high levels of service. Work alongside the Customer Administration team to enhance the overall customer service experience. Certified to process DG shipments and good working knowledge of MS office and Google Applications preferred.
