On 28 October the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) published the following Regulations in terms of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act: (i) Establishment of statutory measure: Registration of certain persons in respect of dried fruit; (ii) Establishment of statutory measure and determination of levies on dried fruit; (iii) Establishment of a statutory measure: Records and returns in respect of dried fruit; (iv) Establishment of statutory measure: Records and returns relating to vines; as well as production and market information of table grapes; (v) Establishment of statutory measures and determination of levies on table grapes; and (vii) Establishment of a statutory measure: Registration of producers and exporters of table grapes.
DAFF published the following Regulations in terms of the Agricultural Products Standards Act: (i) Grading, packing and marking of durum wheat intended for sale in South Africa: Amendment; and (ii) Grading, packing and marking of durum wheat intended for sale in South Africa: Amendment.
