On 21 August the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) published its “Guidelines and Conditions Relating to Extension of Safeguard Measures.”
The purpose of the document is to provide a reference and procedural guide pertaining to the application for an extension of safeguard measures in terms of Amended Safeguard Regulation 21.7.
