On 06 June the European Union (EU) called on the World Trade Organisation (WTO) to initiate dispute consultations with the United States of America (US) to address the EU’s claim that the EU and its member states had complied with the WTO ruling on subsidies to Airbus which was adopted by the Dispute Settlement Body on 28 May 2018.
