According to a Reuters’ report carried by Airwise News, the Cathay Pacific Airways flight attendants’ union is planning a strike in August for the first time in 22 years.
The reason, said the union, is the company’s failure to negotiate pay and benefits.
The strike is planned for the height of the summer travel season from August 18-31.
