CFR Freight is celebrating 30 years of "Shifting your World" this year.

Complementing this amazing milestone is the awarding of Top Employer 2021 status for the second time running.

Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent human resource (HR) policies and people practices.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey.

This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, well-being, diversity and inclusion, and more.

The Top Employers’ Institute Global Certification Programme has certified and recognised more than 1600 top employers in more than 120 countries/regions across five continents.

For the last 30 years CFR Freight has prided itself on being a people-centric company and creating happy work environments.

“Over the last three decades our success has largely depended on having engaged, energetic and excellent teams applying innovative HR practices.

"We are delighted to know that the CFR Freight Group of companies has been recognised by the Top Employers’ Institute for a second year and that we are part of a group of elite companies around the country to receive this honour.

"We will continue to shift the worlds of our employees and all stakeholders for the next 30 years and beyond,” said Martin Keck, joint Group CEO.

Dave Graham, joint Group CEO, noted that the company’s main ingredient to qualify for such a title remained the employees themselves.

“No company can be a top employer without top employees.”
