In about two weeks’ time Abu Dhabi will be at the center of global port operations when the International Association of Ports and Harbours (IAPH) holds its World Ports Conference in the Persian Gulf city.

More than 450 attendees have registered for the event made up of 35 sessions involving more than 100 speakers over three days.

To guide attendees at the event from October 31-November 2, the #IAPH2023 World Ports Conference has created a brief outlay of proceedings.

It says: ‘The mornings and late afternoons will cover the high-level strategic themes with plenary keynote speeches and top-level panels, covering the key themes of energy transition, data collaboration and resilience, with innovation as the link between the three.

“Mid-mornings to mid-afternoons will be covered with parallel breakout sessions on these three topics, featuring tools, knowledge and advice for ports developed by IAPH and its partners to close the gaps in physical and digital infrastructure.”
