SARS’ New Online Self-Service Features for Registration, Licensing and Accreditation (RLA)

On 07 October 2024, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) advised that it had added new features that would make things a lot easier for Customs traders.

The new SARS Online Query System (SOQS) features will enable you to:

  • Upload/submit Registration, Licensing and Accreditation-related supporting documentation
    • https://tools.sars.gov.za/sarsonlinequery/SubmitRLADocuments
  • View and download Registration, Licensing and Accreditation certificates and letters;
    • https://tools.sars.gov.za/sarsonlinequery/ViewRLADocuments
  • and
    • Choose to receive them via email.
