Namibia’s port authority has a new executive for port operations – Richard Mutonga Ibwima.

This has been confirmed by Namport following a report by the Namibian Press Association.

Ibwima took over on January 17.

He was previously manager for terminals, having joined Namport in 2015 as protection services officer in the risk management department.
