Advise customers of delays
Communicate all claims and changes in scheduled transport
Dispatch drivers with correct route plan
Dispatch correct vehicles
Manage routes, diesel, speeding etc.
Manage driver queries
Capture all diesel
Manage PODs daily
Report incidents
Ensure PODs are returned
Track audit reports
Manage wash bay report
Manage fleet equipment
