The main purpose is to effectively manage the inventory process from start to finish with various logistics service providers and ensure the physical inventory is collected, transported and received
Manage technical returns
Ensure return delivery order matches product in terms of model, quantity and serial number
Manage exchanges
Check status of open items
Compile daily collection status tracking report
Compile failed collection report
Share collection POD report
Compile performance report
Aging stock management
Manage return inventory
Manage queries
Resolve system errors
Ensure interface between customers and logistics partners are confirmed
