Responsibilities:
IT Service Management (ITIL)
Ensure Continuity of service for operations (hardwarde and software)
In charge of the RUN domain and team
Manage IT hardware resources
Ensure ITIL MIS support process
Ensure production follow up
Ensure data and systems are backed up
Manage IT infrastructure related contracts and SLA
Make sure are operations are according to rules and regulations
Apply security and licensing policies
Contributor in tenders
