Our client, a fast-growing delivery and logistics business is seeking an experienced and highly driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimise daily operations within a high-performance environment.

 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Operations management role within logistics, courier, transport, supply chain, or delivery environments.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (NQF Level 7).
• Non-negotiable experience in TMS, WMS software, Excel and helpdesk tools.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
