R90m invested in CT warehouse and office complex

LOGISTICS AND distribution specialist RTT, a member of the Fuel Group, has invested more than R90-million in a new 17000m2 warehouse, regional office headquarters and distribution hub in Cape Town following high growth in the region over the past three years. The complex, situated at the Tygerberg Business Park in Parow Industria, comprises warehouse and office accommodation totalling 2 500m2 and also provides a home for three other Fuel Group companies: SOS, a courier and fine distribution specialist; HRP, a specialist distributor focused on servicing the textile industry; and risk management solutions specialist Revert, which will have offices in the complex.
